Our detailed inspection process goes through a visual inspection of all sprinklers and exposed piping to verify code compliancy before water flow & fire alarm testing to ensure the system will function as designed in the event of a fire. Each valve will be labeled with signs and explained in detail of how they function so you know how the fire sprinkler system works and what to do in the event of an emergency.
After the inspection is completed our company will provide an inspection report with full details of the results. The backside of this report will have specific details unique to your home with step by step instructions on how to continue testing & maintenance moving forward. These inspection reports are customized for each home inspection we perform and can be given to your insurance company or used as an important document if selling or buying a house.
After years or even decades with no inspections on these fire sprinkler systems, they begin to have deficiencies.
